Mais, au fond, cet axe a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus utile pour fid\u00e9liser nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le monde des affaires \u2013 et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u2013 s\u2019est simplement perdue pendant quelques ann\u00e9es en croyant que les produits et services, les ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, les dipl\u00f4mes et les certifications \u00e9taient les facteurs principaux de distinction, malgr\u00e9 qu\u2019ils l\u2019\u00e9taient en quelque sorte pour les clients aussi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que faisons-nous maintenant?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la lumi\u00e8re de cette nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9, qui est apr\u00e8s tout un retour aux sources, c\u2019est \u00e0 nous de prendre le temps de prendre le temps et mettre au jour\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>Notre <em>vraie<\/em> mission d\u2019affaires \u2013 non, ce n\u2019est pas \u00ab\u00a0de procurer la tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit \u00e0 nos clients\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019aider les gens\u00a0\u00bb; c\u2019est tellement plus profond que cela.<\/li>\n<li>Nos valeurs \u2013 je suis toujours surprise de constater \u00e0 quel point nous nous sommes parfois \u00e9loign\u00e9s de nos valeurs et \u00e0 quel point les entrepreneurs (et humains en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral!) ne connaissent pas leurs vraies valeurs.<\/li>\n<li>Notre leadership \u2013 le leadership est le reflet de notre <em>self-leadership<\/em>. Combien de d\u2019entrepreneurs connaissez-vous qui ne mettent pas en application est strat\u00e9gies qu\u2019ils proposent \u00e0 leurs clients? Combien disent offrir la libert\u00e9 de vivre pleinement \u00e0 leurs clients, mais ne vivent pas leur propre libert\u00e9? Combien d\u2019entrepreneur n\u2019incarnent pas leur mission ni leurs valeurs? (pssss\u2026la r\u00e9ponse\u00a0: une grande partie!)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il est temps que les bottines suivent les babines, comme il est de coutume de le dire, car dans cette nouvelle \u00e8re, l\u2019alignement sur ce que nous sommes vraiment et sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 sont les piliers de l\u2019axe de distinction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les leaders qui gagnent le c\u0153ur \u2013 et le portefeuille \u2013 des clients sont ceux qui ont compris l\u2019importance des \u00e9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux du capital relationnel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Car au fond, ce n\u2019est pas du B2C (business-to-consumer), ni du B2B (business-to-business), mais bel et bien du H2H (human-to-human) que nous faisons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est toujours avec un plaisir \u00c9NORME que je lis vos commentaires.
