Nous sommes \u00e0 une \u00e9poque bien diff\u00e9rente de celle o\u00f9 plusieurs conseillers ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 ou ont \u0153uvr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des affaires ne se fait pas en silo\u00a0: je fais\u00a0 <em>\u00ab<\/em>\u00a0<em>x\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> appels \u00e0 froid, j\u2019ai <em>\u00ab\u00a0y\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> rencontres, ce qui me donne <em>\u00ab<\/em>\u00a0<em>z\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> clients. Le d\u00e9veloppement des affaires de notre \u00e8re est compl\u00e8tement int\u00e9gr\u00e9, chacune des strat\u00e9gies contribuant au plus grand objectif. Il est donc important de changer nos fa\u00e7ons de faire et de penser diff\u00e9remment.<\/p>\n<p>Revenons \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019objectif de mettre en place une structure afin d\u2019offrir une meilleure exp\u00e9rience client se pr\u00e9sente en deux volets\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>No.1\u00a0 La gestion de la relation\u00a0:<\/strong> ce qui consiste \u00e0 offrir un service \u00e0 la hauteur des attentes de vos clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No. 2\u00a0\u00a0Le marketing relationnel\u00a0:<\/strong> g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du bouche-\u00e0-oreille positif et influent afin que vos clients et\u00a0 centres d\u2019influence parlent de vous.<\/p>\n<h3>Comment y arriver?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape #1\u00a0:<\/strong> Avoir une segmentation clients claire et le plan de services sont les deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de base (et sont toujours r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs lorsque je fais cet exercice avec des conseillers!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape #2\u00a0:<\/strong> Cr\u00e9er une fiche pour chacun de vos clients.\u00a0 Une fiche client est un document d\u2019une seule page qui vous offre tous les renseignements qui les concernent en un clin d\u2019\u0153il\u00a0: renseignements personnels, d\u00e9tails sur leurs r\u00eaves, leurs ambitions, feuille de route avec vous, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape #3\u00a0:<\/strong> R\u00e9alisez un guide d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client pour toutes vos interactions\u00a0: int\u00e9grer un nouveau client, rencontrer le client, etc. Ce guide d\u00e9crit toutes les \u00e9tapes d\u2019une interaction\u00a0: quelle exp\u00e9rience client d\u00e9sirez-vous faire vivre \u00e0 vos clients avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019interaction? Mettre \u00a0par \u00e9crit chacune des \u00e9tapes, qui en sera responsable et \u00e0 quel moment assure la constance. Un plan directeur est l\u2019essence de votre culture d\u2019entreprise. Il touche diff\u00e9rents aspects\u00a0: les mots que vous employez, la philosophie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, la tenue vestimentaire qui refl\u00e8te votre image de marque, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments 1 \u00e0 3 sont de l\u2019ordre des aptitudes et des capacit\u00e9s.
