Mais comment les aborder? Et quel type de professionnels devriez-vous approcher?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019affaires ont certainement chang\u00e9 dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Aujourd\u2019hui, je n\u2019entends jamais un entrepreneur me dire qu\u2019il fait du porte-\u00e0-porte, et rarement entends-je l\u2019expression \u00ab\u00a0cold call\u00a0\u00bb (appel \u00e0 froid). De nos jours, il est plus rentable d\u2019adopter une approche globale, et celle-ci passe par les relations avec des centres d\u2019influence.<\/p>\n<p>Mais comment s\u2019y prendre, et avec qui?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9al est de vous entourer de <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/itbNsztchM8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trois professionnels<\/a> dans chaque domaine de votre offre de services, \u00e0 qui vous pouvez faire appel au besoin \u2013 par exemple si vous \u00eates un conseiller financier, 3 notaires, 3 comptables, etc. Ces sp\u00e9cialistes auront des expertises et des personnalit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes, ce qui vous permettra de pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 chacun de vos clients un professionnel dont l\u2019approche le mettra \u00e0 l\u2019aise et qui r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 ses besoins sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<h3>Deux types de centres d\u2019influence<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Les centres d\u2019influence traditionnels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une des premi\u00e8res distinctions que je veux souligner concerne les diff\u00e9rents types de centres d\u2019influence. Il y a d\u2019abord les centres d\u2019influence \u00ab\u00a0traditionnels\u00a0\u00bb. Dans certains cas, ces relations sont mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques\u00a0: vous leur r\u00e9f\u00e9rez des clients et ils vous retournent la politesse \u2013 mais ceci n\u2019est pas toujours le cas.<\/p>\n<p>Certains entrepreneurs me disent\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9 de travailler avec d\u2019autres professionnels, mais ils me r\u00e9f\u00e8rent rarement des clients\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ce \u00e0 quoi je r\u00e9ponds\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Qu\u2019importe!\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019objectif de b\u00e2tir des relations avec des centres d\u2019influence n\u2019est pas de vous faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rer des clients. Voyez-les plut\u00f4t comme des contacts qui vous aident \u00e0 mieux servir vos clients. Ils vous aident \u00e0 vous positionner aux yeux de vos clients comme <strong><em><u>LA<\/u><\/em><\/strong> personne-ressource pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tous leurs besoins; ils contribuent \u00e0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/IWh-9XmATho\">cr\u00e9er un \u00ab Wow! \u00bb aupr\u00e8s de vos clients<\/a>. Si ceux-ci sont impressionn\u00e9s par votre approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, ils vous r\u00e9f\u00e9reront \u00e0 des personnes de leur entourage.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, cessez de regarder les centres d\u2019influence comme des sources de clients potentiels. Voyez-les plut\u00f4t comme des atouts suppl\u00e9mentaires dans votre bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils, pour mieux servir vos clients et vous placer dans une position de professionnel de confiance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les centres d\u2019influence non traditionnels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il y a les centres d\u2019influence moins convoit\u00e9s, mais tout aussi importants pour renforcer votre approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et qui, eux aussi, sont en contact avec les gens de votre march\u00e9 cible.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des relations avec des professionnels d\u2019autres industries. Les relations avec ces centres d\u2019influence non traditionnels peuvent \u00eatre plus faciles \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper, car ceux-ci ne sont pas autant sollicit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e2tir des relations avec des centres d\u2019influence est une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019affaires incontournable de nos jours.
