Quelles \u00e9motions faites-vous vivre \u00e0 vos clients\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vos clients actuels et potentiels vous choisissent en fonction de crit\u00e8res tr\u00e8s rationnels\u00a0: votre exp\u00e9rience, votre expertise, vos performances. C\u2019est du moins ce que la plupart des conseillers croient.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, c\u2019est habituellement ce que les entrepreneurs mettent de l\u2019avant dans leur site web, leur profil LinkedIn et leur brochure de pr\u00e9sentation\u00a0: \u00ab Une gestion judicieuse de\u2026\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0Plus de 20 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience\u2026\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0; \u00ab\u00a0Les experts en\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u2019est-ce que vos clients recherchent\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Mais les clients ne sont pas si avis\u00e9s que nous le croyons. Selon Gerald Zaltman, professeur \u00e9m\u00e9rite \u00e0 la Harvard Business School, 95\u00a0% des d\u00e9cisions d\u2019achat sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par des facteurs inconscients.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le premier facteur est l\u2019\u00e9motion. C\u2019est ce qui motive vraiment les comportements d\u2019achat et la prise de d\u00e9cision en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Pensez aux derniers achats que vous avez faits. Pourquoi avez-vous d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019acheter tel produit maintenant\u00a0? Pourquoi avez-vous choisi telle marque plut\u00f4t qu\u2019une autre\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Si vous prenez un moment pour revoir mentalement votre processus d\u00e9cisionnel, vous vous rendrez compte que vous \u00e9tiez \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une \u00e9motion\u00a0: l\u2019estime de soi, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le statut\u2026 C\u2019est cette qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9motion qui vous a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la m\u00eame chose pour vos clients \u2013 ils sont humains, apr\u00e8s tout\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Prenons la tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit. Un plan financier, un examen m\u00e9dical, l\u2019aide d\u2019une strat\u00e8ge d\u2019affaires sont autant de fa\u00e7ons d\u2019obtenir une telle s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Il y a donc de nombreux moyens de satisfaire cette \u00e9motion, mais dans tous les cas, c\u2019est cette qu\u00eate d\u2019\u00e9motion qui nous am\u00e8ne \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Vendez \u00e0 vos clients ce qu\u2019ils veulent, donnez-leur ce dont ils ont besoin.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je r\u00e9p\u00e8te souvent cette phrase. Elle s\u2019applique \u00e0 toutes vos communications r\u00e9guli\u00e8res (infolettre, blogue, m\u00e9dias sociaux), \u00e0 votre mat\u00e9riel marketing (site web, brochure, etc.) et \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client que vous offrez.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que cela signifie\u00a0? Vendez l\u2019\u00e9motion que les clients recherchent. Personne ne \u00ab\u00a0veut\u00a0\u00bb un plan financier, un processus en 18 \u00e9tapes ou m\u00eame un cadre strat\u00e9gique (\u2026et oui je le sais pertinemment!). Ce que vos clients veulent, c\u2019est la tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la r\u00e9alisation de soi. Le plan, l\u2019approche, le cadre sont tous des \u00ab\u00a0v\u00e9hicules\u00a0\u00bb pour y arriver.<\/p>\n<h3>Et la raison l\u00e0-dedans\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Le cerveau prend une d\u00e9cision bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00e9motion, mais afin d\u2019ancrer cette d\u00e9cision, la raison (le rationnel) doit venir justifier celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu un remords apr\u00e8s avoir fait un achat\u00a0? Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 retourn\u00e9 un produit quelques jours apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir acquis\u00a0? Les d\u00e9cisions bas\u00e9es uniquement sur l\u2019\u00e9motion cr\u00e9ent des remords de conscience. Ce que nous voulons, c\u2019est d\u2019ancrer la d\u00e9cision de fa\u00e7on rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, une fois que l\u2019\u00e9motion recherch\u00e9e est bien comprise, vous devez parler \u00e0 votre client des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xkR1gsk2bz4&amp;feature=youtu.be\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00e9tapes que vous suivrez<\/a> afin de mettre en \u0153uvre son plan.<\/p>\n<p>Voici un exemple\u00a0: disons que votre client r\u00eave de faire le tour du monde (d\u2019avoir la libert\u00e9 \u2013 \u00e9motion- de le faire). Votre r\u00f4le est de faire le lien entre l\u2019\u00e9motion et la raison\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em>\u00a0Parfait, cher monsieur client. Pour que vous puissiez faire le tour du monde et vivre ce beau moment de libert\u00e9 avec votre \u00e9pouse, voici ce que je vous propose\u00a0:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>On regarde ensemble votre situation actuelle et ce qu\u2019il vous faut pour r\u00e9aliser ce beau projet.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ensuite, nous pr\u00e9parerons un plan d\u2019action pour y arriver.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Et de l\u00e0, nous nous assurerons de maintenir le cap sur l\u2019objectif, et d\u2019apporter au besoin les ajustements n\u00e9cessaires afin que vous puissiez faire vos valises en 2030.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Qu\u2019en dites-vous\u00a0?\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans cet exemple, je combine l\u2019\u00e9motion (ce que le client recherche) et le <em>storytelling<\/em> (plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le transport narratif \u2013 mais \u00e7a ce sera pour une autre chronique!), tout en rassurant le c\u00f4t\u00e9 rationnel du client afin de bien ancrer la d\u00e9cision. Autrement dit, son r\u00eave devient alors possible et r\u00e9alisable.<\/p>\n<h3>Passez \u00e0 l\u2019action<\/h3>\n<p>Maintenant, c\u2019est \u00e0 votre tour. Regardez votre site web, votre brochure, votre profil LinkedIn, bref, tous vos documents marketing. Repensez aux conversations que vous avez habituellement avec vos clients actuels et potentiels.<\/p>\n<p>Quelles \u00e9motions leur faites-vous vivre\u00a0? L\u2019ennui et la confusion, ou l\u2019excitation et la r\u00e9alisation de soi\u00a0? Pensez \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9motion que vous faites vivre, puis \u00e0 celle que vous d\u00e9sirez <a href=\"https:\/\/saragilbert.coach\/fr\/pourquoi-votre-pratique-daffaires-besoin-dun-livre-de-wow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">faire vivre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, dans toutes vos communications \u00e9crites et vos conversations, prenez soin de faire continuellement vivre l\u2019\u00e9motion d\u00e9sir\u00e9e \u00e0 vos clients. Vous pourriez \u00eatre surpris du nombre de \u00ab\u00a0oui\u00a0\u00bb que vous entendrez de leur part.
